In the context of these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings:

“ATLAS INITIATIVE NIGERIA” means ACCESS TO LEARNING AND SCHOOL INITIATIVE, NIGERIA, a non-profit organization designed to address the shortfalls of poor educational backgrounds in identified parts of rural Africa.

“the Website” means any website under the ownership or control of ACCESS TO LEARNING AND SCHOOL (ATLAS) INITIATIVE, NIGERIA from which a link has been created to these terms and conditions;

“the Material” means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on the Website;

4.2 The ATLAS Initiative is absolutely unable to refund donations in situations in which it cannot trace the donor.

 

4.3 If you have made a gift of donations or time, effort, or skillset to the Initiative, which you now wish to have refunded, please note that any refunds of such a nature are made at the sole discretion of the trustees and will only be available (if at all) in exceptional circumstances.
